This policy explains what personal information International Broker Co collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. International Broker Co is operated by KRUGER INDUSTRIAL SMOOTHING LLC (30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean International Broker Co and KRUGER INDUSTRIAL SMOOTHING LLC.
What we collect
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and country.
- Booking and form information you give us when you book a call, request a guide, complete a fact find or send us an enquiry.
- Business and relocation information you choose to share, such as your companies and ownership, income, assets, residency, family circumstances, banking and existing professional advice.
- Documents you provide so that agreed work can be implemented, such as identity documents, company records and bank or adviser correspondence.
- Call recordings and notes where calls are recorded or notes are taken. We tell you at the start of a call if it is being recorded.
- Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in standard server logs.
Why we use it
- To respond to you, book and hold calls, and send the information you asked for.
- To understand your circumstances, prepare analysis and proposals, and deliver the services you engage us for.
- To coordinate the qualified advisers and providers involved in your plan.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and service-related messages by email or SMS where you have agreed.
- To keep records, meet our legal obligations, and protect our business and clients.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Specialist partners such as tax advisers, lawyers, accountants, company formation agents, banks and residency or visa providers, only where needed to deliver the service you have asked for.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM, email, scheduling, SMS, document signing, file storage and website hosting providers. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
SMS messaging
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations, reminders and service-related messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. They are shared only with the SMS provider that delivers our messages.

International transfers
We work with clients, advisers and providers in several countries, including the United States, Australia and the destinations our clients move to. Your information may be stored or processed outside the country where you live. When we transfer it, we share only what is needed and use providers that protect it appropriately.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including while we work with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. We then delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing at any time. Email callum@internationalbroker.co and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some information where the law requires us to.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. If you use our booking calendar or guide sign-up pages, those are provided by our scheduling and CRM providers, which may set cookies needed for those pages to work.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated.
